1.6.3: the other bug fix update with weird water stuff

changed token for exclude from shipping collection & added dynamic tokens that hopefully now work correctly

Removed BrightFishBroth references becuse I realized that regular fishbroth already had wine in it, so this is just...Fish Broth Wine I guess!! The item itself has not been removed as I don't want to create errors; weirdly enough Willy now loves the stuff. This only affects Salmon Chowder.
Mirepoix(9) is now base Home Cooking! It's made from 3 Carrot, 3 Leek, & 6 Sliced Spring Onion. Traditional mirepoix, found in CMC's Extended Crops, is carrot, onion, & celery; however, the Lilybrook & CMC's Essential Crops only version is carrot, onion, & bellpepper. Not sure why I didn't think of that idea sooner but there we go.
RabbitDumplings_Veg is now base Home Cooking, too! Currently no application but the future (that I'm working on) is bright

refined meat context tags so AHM meats should be picked up
added appropriate context tags to Lilybrook, Visit Mt Vapius, Rose's Cruelty-Free Meats so that their items can be used in CTR - also figured out how to specifically tag certain items in case that doesn't actually work depending on your mod load order & size lol?
much more meat functionality, especially with Rose's Cruelty-Free Meats!!
MushroomPowder can now use Rose's Deluxe Dried Mushrooms, too, in CTR recipes or via Spice Grinder (Cook's Tools)
updated Culinary Delight context tags (in addition to updating certain ones on my end, too) for flexible recipes. If you play with this mod's Flexible Recipes & want to see my updates instead, remember to toggle Context Tag Recipes ON in Home Cooking! To prevent any weirdness, turn CD's Flexible Recipes OFF. Mostly added for multiple sugar sources.
if you have a mod that adds water, then the water_item tag has been added appropriately & CTR now supports water added to broths along with other relevant items

Spice Grinder can now make IRIDIUM: Cook's Tools Coffee Sachet (5 Coffee Beans), Ground Cinnamon (CMC/WAG Cinnamon), Ground Salt (CAM or RMT's Salt [not SeaSalt]), Ground Pepper (CMC's Pepper [not Peppercorn]), Cook's Tools Cocoa Powder (CMC/WAG Cocoa/Cacao Pods)
